They most definitely know it, what I really don't understand is the motivation behind keeping them up.
No one is going to jail for downloading a zipped folder, you're not gathering information on anyone relevant, you're just freely allowing distribution on the clearnet, for what?
Look at the upload list from the link the guy posted, all of them are the same thing. All those come from the same few forums and from a small number of people. Why keep it up?
