I'm in same boat, recent samsung phones are really bad they been on a $200 discount for weeks and reviews are saying battery is shit and lags. Pixel i know has battery problem on all of them. Lately was looking at the moto g86 power that came up here in retailers but theres no reviews and unsure at this point any phone i buy is just gonna have its own unique problem.

I got the S23 a year and a half ago because it was small. It really ain't that small, honestly, sometimes I get pretty tired holding it one handed and I can't reach the whole screen with my thumb without jangling the phone around on my fingertips. With a proper secure grip my thumb reaches about 80% of the way there to the top right corner, and about 2/3 of the way to the top left corner.
Ideally my phone would be small enough to reach ALL corners with my thumb and a secure tight grip, and also be like 40 grams lighter jeez
