There are some decent forks of Arch, like Parabola GNU/Linux, which is Arch-based, Guix system, Trisquel, or maybe Hyperbola, which is also Arch-based (although their repo is no longer active), but those are smaller projects with small dev teams and little support, as opposed to GNU itself. And Arch users are the most pretentious and insufferable assholes in the tech sphere.

Gentoo is more CPC too because it has RISC-V AND PPC ports. Arch only has PPC and even then it's unofficial. Privacy on Arch that way is possible, but only if you set it up manually, which is a pain in the ass. In fact, I don't even think Gentoo has drivers.
