I don't know what those are but I'm pretty sure mpv does all of it.

jpegview is a highly customizable image viewer, mostly used for minimal setups
mpc-hc same but for videos
webmforlazys is a gui for making webms without using tranny commands

Qimgv, probably, but I still prefer jpegview.

mpv, it takes a bit to get used to it, but now I prefer it over mpc.
>what's the linux equivalent of webmforlazys?
I thing the easiest is adding a contextmenu for that, I think there's one to convert videos in the store, or you can do it manually, ie. in kde you just need to create a .desktop file and put it on ~/.local/share/kio/servicemenus/ I still have one that is only shown on video files that converts 5.1 to 2.1 while enhancing voices cause my tv did a bad job with those and my father is hearing impaired.

I can share it if someone is interested.

1. Gnome image viewer
2. Gnome video player
3. ffmpeg

Just install Ubuntu and Gno0me software enjoy the freebies. Stacer and CPU-X are a couple of must-haves. Shutter for screenshots. GIMP or Krita for image editing.

No linux image viewer can do this, just using the scroll wheel on the mouse. Dont mind the choppy video, just trying to show you what I mean.

Both of you are right, Qimgv, and other viewers, can be set to fit to window and then resizing the window will resize the image, but auto resizing the window with the zoom level is quite comfy too and probably the only thing I miss of jpegView when I switched to linux.

Shouldn't be too hard to implement as qimgv already has most of the logic needed to do it.

That's my gripe with Gnome image viewer. Scroll wheel changes zoom, I prefer it for changing images within a folder unless I zoom in, like with Honeyview on Windows.

I was bored, so now there's at least one linux image viewer that can do it.

I still have to put the final touches on it, maybe add a button to enable/disable it on the settings if I want to make a pull request, but it works.

Works great on x11 now but I've been trying to make it work on wayland for the last 45 minutes and I can't find a way to reliably make it expand from the center, it always does from the top left corner, everything else works, it resizes up to the screen size then just does an standard zoom, it also does the normal zoom while on full screen or maximized, etc..

Gonna have to read more about wayland and kwin implementation :(
