I found that Grok 3 makes good cards if you know how to tard wrangle it.

I always open with:

Avoid using too nsfw pictures or Grok will deny them. Sometimes if you post something on the edge, you can try uploading it a bunch of times and eventually it'll accept it. Usually pictures that has see through clothes gets rejected, but gets accepted after a bunch of attempts.

Once you've done that, you can give a description of the character. I always use pictures for the character's appearance. The character's background, relationships with other characters, and personality is basically all you need.

Grok will spit out something pretty bloated. I found it'll make cards around 1k tokens. And you can cut it down to 600-800 depending on how in depth you get.

When you make changes, don't continue the conversation, Grok is really bad at revising cards. Go back to your original message and and edit it.

And if you don't like the results it gives, you can use the think harder button and it'll usually spit out something better.

Been theorizing different kinds of character description formats. I wonder if a "Major" and "Minor" traits kind of format would work.
Most models seem to have a problem with separating degrees of importance in commands; for example, if you write "This character is very hot, and everyone wants to fuck him", but in another character you write "This character is very loyal to her boyfriend and wouldn't cheat", instead of writing someone unaffected by the guy's charms, most models tend to blend the commands together and write something like "The girl looks at the guy and her eyes widen imperceptibly, and she grips her boyfriend's hand tighter as she pushes down the strange feeling blooming in her chest" in an attempt to show off both. When really, it ruins the character.
So maybe a "Major" and "Minor" split could be given to the AI with directions that minor traits can influence but not override major ones, while major ones can and do override minor ones. In that case the man's attractiveness would be a minor trait and the girl's loyalty is a major one.
