Researching into the insanity of the modern job market and how deep it goes, all I can ask is a simple "Why"? Why is the stock prices of a company worth more than the products/services they provide? Why should an individual's purchasing power be lowered when they are the ones to purchase the products? Why can companies get away with literally offering no product or service and get away with evaluation? Makes no sense to me because it is very short sighted thinking.

I have a ton of Python experience from working with electrical and mechanical engineers who only know what my code does if I write in Python and I imagine it can't be that hard to learn flask or whatever the meme framework is now. Same or well I do not hate it, I just dislike the fact that everything is made obtuse mess of React/Vue/Js/Css when typically you could just use css for many of the things and it would be faster and easier to manage and change.
But I also dislike that we're at a point where everything has to be personalized and tracked so marketing can use the data(We use Coveo and the fucking marketing lead said we are getting an ***AI*** powered recommendation algorithm for the users(it is literally just giving just giving points based on the category of product and pushing it higher on a product listing page)), I might be autistic as fuck where I never shop unless I know what I am buying.
