I don't personally care about USB 3 speeds on any phone honestly, I'm sure there are use cases for it but I'm not the target demographic that's for sure. If I wanna transfer large amounts of photo's and videos over to my laptop I'll use my dedicated camera and a SD card. Shrimple as that.

That said I haven't even looked at this garbage and I'm sure it's wildly over priced for what it is, also I won't be surprised if this thing easily bends itself to death in peoples pockets. There's pretty much 0 feature difference to 'Pro' otherwise as base models gradually added features that would have previously been Pro so as not to get spec. kerb stomped by cheapo Android models. It's because USB3 is an almost year old standard with no downsides over USB2, and practically nobody uses or even makes USB2 nowadays. Like another anon said, they are basically going out of their way to intentionally use an absolutely ancient standard for no reason. It doesn't matter for one photo, but if you ever want to load like 20GB of music on your phone or whatever, then it starts mattering.

The only time I ever connected my phone to the PC is to move video footage over and sure that was slow for the price but I only did it twice.
