I already shared my desktop in the previous thread, as you can see it still looks the same. Now it's using more RAM, for some reason. I guess it's the cryptominers included in trannyfox.

Forgot to reply to this post: This is the first thread where I talked about not knowing how to make the fetch logo to be trans. Otherwise I just posted previously in 3 different ocassions:
1) Showing a Haiku IceWM theme in my laptop, date unknown but it was this year.
2) Showing a similar look around June (all black, like we see it here). That post was just the pic.
3) My screenshot from the previous thread where I only stated how I was too lazy to fix the taskbar icon (which was still using a Devuan logo, the distro I previously used, as I don't usually change my IceWM theme).
No trans logo mention before this thread, and, repeating it again, I do mention the issue because I have no idea about how to properly customize the logo to match this thread topic, which is, as you can see in the OP, a tranny edition thread. I was asking for advice on how to change the logo color, no more no less. Do you know how to do it?

I still respect the effort, but it's a massive downgrade. The one thing that is better than on macos is the responsiveness. Something you notice when using win or linux vs macos is that keyboard and mouse inputs feel like they have the tiniest amount of latency that makes it kinda floaty in comparaison.

So I just wiped asahi and macos tahoe (animation laggy on M1) and restored to an old time machine to use this as my comfy ssh and travel laptop

yeah it's definitely possible to get it to look like this in sway. i used sway for a while, and niri feels just as stable as it.

here's the config file for it. everything except the waybar & mako configs, and the wallpaper tiles is in there. i've got like 4500 tiles if you want to peruse through them. it's where i found my wallpapers

Pretty much. I've been meaning to move away from win for years but I couldn't be bothered to reinstall my whole OS. I got fed up with it last week when my amd driver crashed for the billionth time and I had to do a whole ritual to get my drawing tablet working again. I also tried bazzite and cachy but they all felt unpolished and clunky, mint has given me zero problems so far, also cinnamon actually looks good unlike kde.
