Basically i need a ryzen 9 9950x or the 9959x3d version and like 64gb of ram but i dont know ANYTHING about mhz, idk what means CL and why must be 6000mhz at cl30 for an amd chip.

For the motherboard i want one top of the line to upgrade later, like having more and more SSD for personal storage, i store a lot of videos and pics and i currrently building a basic nas with old parts, i was thinking in a Asus 870e proart because no LED and a lot of usb c and ssd ports but idk if there is a better model or brand

Graphics card i was thinking on a 7900 xtx or a 9700 xt i dont want nvidia

powersupply idk like 1200 watts?
cooling i want air, like the noctua dh15
i have a pc case big enough to fit all components

I'd strongly recommend you get a 280 or 360mm AIO for a 9950X or 9950X3D.
You can pick a dual tower air cooler if you want.
Here is my proposed build.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KBpdyW

You may have to learn how to update the board BIOS to make that Creator board work with the 9950X3D.
https://www.asus.com/us/support/faq/1038568/
Creator is a top-end board with a lot of I/O if you need it.

>idk what means CL and why must be 6000mhz at cl30 for an amd chip
It's not a hard rule. Just a recommendation because these DDR5 AMD CPUs are easy to run at the 6000MT/s speed, and they scale better with tighter memory timings (CL30 or under for this speed).
Pic is a portion of AMD's review guideline for their Zen 5 CPUs. Basically 6000MT/s CL30 is the performance & stability sweet spot.

There are cheaper PSUs, but the $20 price difference or so isn't worth it imo.

You want 1:1 so that memory operations are synchronised with controller operations. That way the controller doesn't have to "wait" for the next clock tick when the memory completes an operation. The bus width/channels don't really affect this.

I have currently a very similar build but with a 3060TI (5600x 16gb ram blablabla) and i play most shit at 1080@60fps without much trouble, most games with settings maxed or close to maxed.
The lynchpin is the gpu, do you have any other options at similar prices?
What i mean to say is that if you can scrunge up any extra money it should go towards a better gpu, the rest of the computer you are buying is on a dead platform (am4) so its not like you will ever upgrade it (cause there isn't a lot above what you are getting) so there is no reason to spend more money there, however the gpu you can just remove it and pluck it in the next computer, but again, its all about money.
Picrel shows your 5600 being able to move stuff with better gpus
Also check the 2nd hand market there might have been a lot of people moving to am5 and that might want to sell their older 5600x 5700x3d 5800x3d

Even at poverty tier there's just no point whatsoever going am4 on a new build, something like ryzen 7600 is probably about as expensive as 5600 (or you can get one of those funky ryzen 7400F which have cut down traces but you probably won't need them on a poverty build). You're left with a much better platform. RAM price is largely the same between DDR4 and DDR5, mobo is a bit more expensive but deals can be had now and then.
GPU... idk shit's fucked, I'd probably try to get as good as you can second-hand with what you have (also applies to RAM desu, 2x 16GB should be dirt cheap from somebody upgrading)

3. open cmd as administrator
4. run the following:
powercfg -setacvalueindex scheme_current sub_processor PERFAUTONOMOUS 1
powercfg -setacvalueindex scheme_current sub_processor PERFBOOSTMODE 2

Practically all DIY motherboards do not enable maximum PCIe saving mode.

And this has 0 performance penalty to gamers, the PCIe link to the card is always active, and will use the maximum possible PCIe bandwidth under gaming loads.
That idle-to-active latency penalty only matters for system performance benchmarking, such as testing an Ethernet controller.

The Limited RGB dynamic range (16-235) is the standard used for almost all video content (Blu-rays, streaming, broadcast TV).
It's the "broadcast safe" RGB range.
You end up with a worse viewing experience if you force full RGB range (0-255) on media content that's meant to be viewed on the limited RGB range, like crushed blacks.
https://borisfx.com/documentation/continuum/bcc-broadcast-safe/

This is the reason why the video color setting in NVIDIA's Control Panel defaults to adjust with the video player settings.

It's what steam converts an hdr game into when you press the screenshot button, no idea what to tell you. Doesn't look 100% accurate to what I see in game, but it's close enough to illustrate the differences.

Doesn't matter, you're using a game with shit HDR to prove whatever point.
If NVIDIA hardware had problems rendering accurate HDR, all these HDR fixes wouldn't work on GeForce cards.
