the camera bump on the air makes it thicker than my iphone 4s from 2011
they could just make the whole phone 9mm thick, have no camera bump so it can lay flat on a surface, and just fill the rest of it with batteries to give me a week of runtime and for $1000 id buy it in a heartbeat

My conspiracy for iPhones is that Air will be the newer lineup that replaces all the non-pro models so that goyim are forced to either pick iPhone Air or iPhone pro models just like MacBook Air or MacBook Pro in the name of le ebin streamlining
