The game perfectly blends the elements of both netorare and netorase. You're not actively whoring your girl out, she has her own will and personality. The most you can do is prevent being cucked by paying attention to her and putting in the effort of finding her in time. There are different endings depending on how corrupted Kana gets and in parallel, how depraved the player was willing to go.

Okay, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I kept going with that game out of morbid curiosity and ended up binging it... it's actually one of the best NTS works out there.

Don't get the wrong, the presentation is still awful. Constant typos and grammatical errors, the font looks all fucked up, the history menu is fucked, there's no music, no sound effects, it has the janky koikatsu models, the bull looks ugly as sin, etc. It's like the author does not give a fuck. However... that's kind of where the problems end. The actual bones of it are, to my astonishment, pretty great. In no particular order, here's a bunch of things it does great. Giant essay incoming:

Normally this is one of the biggest problems with NTS stories. You rarely feel like they love and care for each other, which results in sex with other men not feeling like exciting. NTS is often written as netorare-lite, instead of its own thing which needs to play on other more nuanced dynamics. The vast majority of authors and many fans just don't seem to understand this, and we keep getting shit works. This author seems to get it. In addition to lots of love affirmations, there's some good fleshing out of the couple and their personalities, lots of good conversations about what this fetish means for them and how far they want to take it, and every time a new checkpoint happens they are good at handling it and staying true to their feelings and morals. One of my personal favorite things in NTS is when the couple seriously considers that they should stop this and not just think with their dick, because it might actually ruin their relationship and that's the last thing they want, and there's a few scenes where this naturally happens and it's great. Overall very good couple that other devs should take notes from.

- The game doesn't look like a typical visual novel. There's no portrait sprites, and instead it's all CGs. I've never seen someone do this successfully before, but I think this game kinda pulls it off. The koikatsu models are janky, but they offer this flexibility to be able to show lots of gestures and frame scenes in many different angles, and the author really takes advantage of that.
- The game is kinetic, which is great. Another common pitfall of NTS VNs is in trying to appeal to multiple people you end up not pleasing anyone. This game just puts all its eggs in one basket and commits to what it finds most interesting and is better for it. No gamification bullshit, no choices, just try to make the story good.

Okay, I think that does it for the major glazing points. Even though it does a lot of things great, there's still some things that I wish were better:
- It feels like the author got a bit impatient halfway through and ended up rushing the some checkpoints a bit earlier than I think was ideal. This also resulted in a couple iffy consent skips. For example, they're having this great conversation at the park during their date, talking about consent and that they won't do anything the other is not comfortable with, and the next day she ends up kissing the bull before she got to approve it with the husband. Her motives were purely to please her husband, but it still ended up feeling premature.
- The sex checkpoint was in my opinion also a little early, and the husband didn't get to witness it live, which was disappointing. It seems to be taking this weird route where the husband feels more okay with them doing stuff when he isn't watching because he can't act on his impulse to stop them. So it seems like it is going to transition to doing stuff more in person, which is nice. I just wish this was backwards, as having the husband in the room leads to more natural feeling consent. If the wife is off god knows where, anything can happen.

- This one is a personal taste negative point, but the game has SPH content. Personally I don't enjoy humiliation content since I don't find denigration hot, and it makes me feel sorry for the husband and his inability to satisfy her completely, and I find giant cocks uncanny and kinda gross during sex scenes, but I think this game manages to still be readable for someone like me. The couple's good communication and the nice characters go a long way in making it still charming and exciting.
- There's this bully side character they're developing that makes me worried for the future of the story. The bull claims he's turned a new leaf and wants to get to know them better, but neither Diego nor the wife buy it, and I really hope he doesn't become a shitty future bull. I think that would be a really disappointing turn of events for the story.

And I think those were most of my thoughts. I'm still kind of stunned it's as good as it is. I wish the story had an editor and a person who cared to pretty it up and sand off all the rough edges, because the bones of it are very good. But even as it is, it's a super interesting work, and at the moment maybe the western NTS project I'm most excited about. VR has really dropping the ball since the vacation update, and this is providing the stuff I was missing.

Netorase Phone is excellent. It's a bit of a slow burn, but the game has been going on so long with such consistent updates that there is a great quantity of content by now. Le Stag is very good at A) portraying adult, responsible characters who talk about what they want and make sure to respect boundaries B) keeping things wholesome and lighthearted, with little drama and focusing on a couple and their friends having a good time by exploring their fetishes, and C) giving the player lots of choices, and honoring the player's decisions when he opts out of certain fetishes or characters.
