Why do you believe in the historical assertion of Jesus’ resurrection? I’m not asking for proof of God, but why do you believe Jesus resurrected?

I don't believe in his literal resurrection, but the idea that he survived his resurrection because he was taken down early, washed & watered, before he recovered in the cave, isn't completely implausible. People in Mexico and the Philippines crucify themselves during Good Friday and they survive.
Didn't a group of women find him first? They could have fed and watered him before he skipped town.

bible claims old testament saints and patriarchs also resurrected en masse along with jesus and appeared to many

yet not a single historian documents this astonishing event. imagine being able to talk to isaiah, joshua, and many others. nobody bothered to write about it lol.

also it got deleted in the later gospels because people probably called bullshit and called up some uncle in jerusalem to verify if it happened
