>>17895601most of the countries that they invaded first didn't have their populations killed by the millions, in fact life had barely changed in some of them like france
the countries that were invaded first where civilians were killed in large numbers were casualties mainly of the heavy warfare that was occurring and of course you have civilians being murdered just because, civilians being murdered because they were partisans, civilians being murdered for ideological reasons and so on but there's too many different reasons for all of those to simply lump them in altogether to honestly say "civilians were killed, nazis are therefore bad"
i don't like seeing unarmed people losing their lives in a war, especially young children who don't have the ability to grasp what's going on but that's war
it breaks my heart but apart from them, in a civilization-defining war nobody is innocent
>>17895603are you the anon that made the greentext list? it's starting to become difficult to keep track of who is replying to me
it's difficult to explain these things to someone who doesn't have a well-developed ethos when it comes to understanding world historical events and their axiomatic significance but i'll try
most of what you mentioned in that greentext list is insignificant; it makes no difference to the current situation as it unfolds as most of those things were already a common occurrence across most of the western world and the world at large and some still are to this day
the only one which wasn't, as far as i know, is the line about jews which i have mixed opinions about
what you have to understand is that everything flows; germany was simply the newest nation in a growing list of nations that had expanded its influence, population and borders to ridiculous bounds and it was beginning to become a little too crowded in the superpower world
there's a second crucial part to this but i'm hitting the character limit and i'm also tired so apologies if i don't finish it
