Courtroom politics was practically invented by China in the East. It spread all across. The same court room politics existed in Europe/US as well. Your statement is meant to allude to "common" people engaging in politics as a means to measure intelligence. But even that is wrong because local political intrigue is well alive in the east. Disputes about how to rule local city, local region, etc are all done by big families of the region, and even within families themselves, there's political drama. The political question about statehood had long been a thing in Asia as well, how else do you think states get overthrown and replaced? Lot of political maneuvering happens outside the reach of the government.

East Asians have higher mathematical IQ, which is solving problems.
