What if I don't want to go to school with blacks? I went to school with a fuck-ton of blacks and they all acted like wild animals constantly getting into fights. Homework? ha, they never heard of it. I was always walking on eggshells making sure I didn't offend one of them.

I suspect it likely is. Whites living in the deep south act identical to blacks living in the deep south. A major theme of "Frank's Place" is about the major differences and contrast between northern and southern black culture and his place within both.
