I like SandRhoman History for early modern warfare, Allemansend Re-enactment for early modern dutch warfare and social life, Brandon F for general 18th century miliary history from a mainly british perspective and Capandball for late 18th century firearms.
And there is a new german channel about medieval history called Zeitspuren - they only have a single video yet but it is well produced and a good sign if they follow it up. It's about medieval border defenses made from hedges and pruned trees. Here the english version:

SandRhoman is good, I like FeralHistorian a lot but he's more broadly "humanities" and not history. Simon Roper for historical linguistics is nice. Cambrian Chronicles is nice for Welsh microhistory - which is nice considering my family roots hail from just north of there (thanks to whomever recommended me him)

First one is run by Croatian crypto-chud historians and called Dalmatinska povijest (History of Dalmatia). It was created specifically to counter popular Serbian nationalist pseudo-historic claims on the Internet regarding Croatian national identity in the Middle Ages and Early Modern period. Some of the topics explored were completely new to me, like the Medieval Serbian invasions of Dubrovnik/Ragusa, or the travelogues of Evliya Çelebi.

Second one, Historia Incognita is run by Croatian crypto-commie historians. Videos on obscure topics mostly pertaining to Yugoslavia (both of them), socialism and WW2. Topics like the Diamantstein Affair or the Cattaro Mutiny. There are plenty of lesser-known events in 20th century Balkans which I find interesting.

What is wrong with any of these? I'm only semi-obsessed with Rome but I do enjoy the occasional video game or anime series.
As for kikeopedia, it has its (limited) uses. I prefer primary sources though. They're more immersive
