Do like soviets did and push conquerred people to the frontline.
At the end of the war it would have likely looked like cold war but instead of west and soviets it would have been few western countries and axis union that is barely scraping by.

Yah, but murdering civilians over racial autism was kind of his whole deal. If he did more of a Mussolini thing and didn’t pointlessly slaughter millions of people who otherwise might have been loyal, productive citizens? Sure it would have worked better. He could have just as easily made the big bad atheistic Bolshevism and gotten the same uniting effect. It’s just that wouldn’t be Hitler, because he was far more interested in schizophrenic racial policy than he was interested in success.
