From what I remember of the context behind this Maziby hires the North Park private investigation agency (Vera Nancy and Danny) to find evidence he was never on Epstein Island after the Epstein black book was released showing him to be on it. les and nightmare guy tags along wanting to play detective with them. At some point for some reason mazeby gets the idea that they're actually working against them and tries to murder them to which nightmare guy just eats him

In my opinion certain characters like Agatha can be written with more depth or an extra personality trait then a writer should take an existing character and spin her into a different persona during a roleplay game or similar to fit that role better. In Agatha’s case she can be written like Natsuko Hirose. I think a healthy dose of self-insert characters like Kyle & Stan are fine, but more depthful characters like Mr Garrison and Cartman should be prioritized and background characters/props should be ignored or treated like props, AKA most of the parents.
Also any characters that do feel like existing characters in other media should be considered vice and versa, such as Mymy from Ongezellig. Her character is great and is worth copying and creating an archetype out of her just like Uncle Ruckus created an entire archetype of a hypocritical character who self-hates in an external way.

I hate to say it but this is a shared project and unless the other anons agree with you, than no, we shouldn't get rid of the characters.
As much as we originate from a cartoon, North Park should be treated more like a TTRPG. Im not saying you can't have your character. just that when some of the adult characters had years of development and one with an entire AU that was the best well received event in all of north park history was created. Fact is that some of these characters are so intertwined lore wise that even if their anons suddenly announce they are no longer canon, it would be unfair to force the other anons rewrite a good portion of their own characters too. It like if you get rid of somebody like poise, you would have to write so many characters that it would be unfair.

Even if I do have my criticism as the creation of some OCs push other OCs to have a more niche area. I still wouldn't want to get rid of them. Just because one anon doesn't like a character doesn't mean the other anons actually like them less, in fact some of the characters you had mentioned are actually someone's favourite.

North Park is a community, and it has to be respected as a community.

If a character is so powerful that the only way they can be defeated is by themselves that's pretty boring.

It's part of the reason I find Vera the more interesting of the two, since she can and is defeated by outside forces occasionally alongside her character flaws occasionally leading to her defeat.

it's why most of the villains/antagonists in the series are so fun to play around with, because coming up with ways for them to lose or be defeated is fun.

hell, Vera and Dr. Cares are two great examples of your characters that are fun for this very reason.
