that is a spanish ass post, not gonna lie
i did have one of those jobs where you would work maybe half of the time. the downtime was good, but i felt alienated from the tasks at hand. like i didn't understand the purpose of my work, yet i was doing the same things like hundreds of times. so basically i felt useless. i don't know if it's work culture placed onto us, or a legitimate human need to work (i know there's many disabled and elderly people who want to work)
now i have a job that's the complete opposite, but i have more job satisfaction
