The M22 is good for what it is and good enough for the IDF but for the price, as a normal citizen, you can save a little more money to get another name brand optic. The blue tint looks bad on camera but is hardly noticeable on a sunny day. I live in a desert environment so it doesn't have much variation in illumination with the fiber optic either that some people complain about. Magnifier works well with it too. It's not for everyone and it is on my back up 5.56 upper. I'll get the Meprolight Tru Vision SR and see how that goes but I have high hopes because the M22 beat my expectations.
