>.075 for a midlength 14.5 is nice
Not when you have the stupid brake [BCM Mod 1] that increases "dwell time". BCM quietly discontinued it and ships 14.5" uppers with A2 flash suppressors now

No, there's a reason the URX 4 has the greater diameter

The difference is that most those other brands don't OK barrels that were rifled with worn out mandrels. The radial marks on both of these barrels is the smoking gun

Barrel 02 has a fucked up crown so it's grouping worse than Barrel 01 which is similar in every other way

BCM fucked me out of all the money I spent on 75gr-77gr match ammo trying to group when the hardware itself was faulty

But then Wuhan 19 happened: BCM's QC went to shit and Aero subjected employees to experimental gene editing

Wouldn't that get annoying for routine disassembly

To my eyes, it looks like the Geissele groups better. If that's the case, might be because
1. The G$ taper is superior to BCM's pencil
2. The BCM chamber seal is inferior [they fail .223 no-go gauge tests]
3. BCM's renowned QC lets damaged crowns pass
4. Radial marks visible throughout bore in spite of chrome plating suggests the CHF barrels are being rifled with worn mandrels

BCM still technically meets the mil spec of 2 MOA, but that's pathetic IMO when the competition does better for around the same price during sales

Gonna need more than Loctite to fix a crown, kek

>>63879994
>I'm asking sincerely
The short of it:
Sloppy clearances + damaged crowns = poor accuracy
