Lamia would still have some problems
For one, their main way of moving it dragging like 80% of their entire body along the ground, if they have average first world cleanliness and hygiene sensibilities that would be an absolute nightmare if they don't have some sort of "lamia sock" invented, otherwise they're just dragging all the mud and shit into the house every time.
Two, the life sized limited edition Miia dakimakura (yes, it's a thing) is 7 meters long (23'), so if we use that as the gold standard for how large an average lamia would be, lamia would have a pretty awkward time fitting in average sized rooms, basically furniture wouldn't work for them but they can probably just coil up for comfort so they don't really need it. Main problem I see would be showers and bathtubs, they would need absolutely fucking colossal custom made bathrooms just for them, like basically indoor swimming pool-tier. Stairs might also be weird since they're usually pretty narrow and snakes need some space to slither properly but they could probably get around that.
Cars would also be awkward, they'd need to basically shove most of their body in the backseat and trunk and still have the tail tip loop back around to the pedals.
Still, definitely have less problem than centaurs, who are just outright in for a miserable time of having to do some really weird gymnastics just to sit the toilet in a smaller bathroom.
