Less of a pro junkie perspective I fucking hate drugs more of a I hate the medical establishment far more and see it as nothing more than a hoop to jump through to get what you want that more often stands in the way of help than offering it.
As for abolishing the concept of biological sex its because the very idea of it only really matters in a couple medical situations and the vast majority of its value as a concept comes from a patriarchal worldview. So abolish the concept and treat people as individuals. If someone has breast cancer they have breast cancer. Doesn't mean they are a woman.

When I say legalize all drugs I dont mean just the ones that get you high I mean every single variation of medical drugs. Have doctors just be the equivalent of a consultation. You cannot have private Healthcare and then require a doc to get a prescription coexisting.
