My head injury that practically wiped my entire personality didnt make me feel any better about being trans desu. In fact it made it a million times worse. It wouldnt help.
Tbh whats helped me was getting in to art. I started writing in my little schitzobabble journal, and doing little doodles and it alleviates a lot of the pain. Also reading about suffering helped a lot. Reading war memoirs.
In the end transition is the only thing that can help long term but these are solid fixes short term.
Idk thats just me tho.
