I mostly listen to italo disco, black metal and opera. 70's funk and soul sometimes.

Do you like light opera in the English Language, because I am the very model of a modern major general? Italo is wild real shit, same with funk and soul. Unfortunately I'm not capable of black metal, but it seems good taste.

when reading: drone or ambient, sometimes holy minimalism or choral music, disintegration loops, stuff like that.

when not reading: all over the place but lately lots of can and neu!

also mfw /lit/ has better taste in music than /mu/.

Excellent taste. In high school my friend and I used to play that Stars of the Lid album as a joke, and it slowly developed into one of my all time favorite albums.

Big tech death and goregrind guy. Been getting into weird japanese prog after finding the surprisingly good Let It Die soundtrack. Vincen Garcia and Mohini Dey are also pretty good proggy things. I love Carpenter Brut, Salvatore Gannaci and BRUTALISMUS 3000. Also been getting into outlaw country lately like "She Broke My Heart, I Broke Her Jaw" and Marty Robbins.

Mostly techno, I like trance stuff when I'm out
Also DnB from time to time

I play old school funk and soul on the drums

and a bit of everything else.

I love DJ Shadow's Endtroducing, Ryo Fukui's Scenery and Hideki Naganuma's JSR soundtrack
