Kingdom of Monsters and Rulers of Earth are fine if only because they're just meant to be big monster crawls featuring everyone to some extent, even if KoM art is pretty bad. Early IDW Godzilla just felt like it was them throwing everything at the wall until it stuck
But aside from that, that Rivals issue with the they/them dyke really is the only bad issue especially since that character pretty much disappears soon after that issue
The crossovers with the Power Rangers are fun and Monster Island Summer Camp was pretty cute, pretty much any comic where James Stokoe as the artist is good and the Marvel crossovers are neat too
