I have it but haven't started it yet. I did star eternal and star destroyer. The latter was a little rough with fittings while the former felt much better. Much less fitment issues, but sometimes the metal frame can be a pain in the ass to assemble. I expect star fall to have the same build quality as star eternal

You'll probably pay around 55-70% of what we gaijin pay. My mom went to Fukuoka around this time last year, and I convinced her to stop by Side-F and pick up a RG Nu-FF for me. The total cost of the thing was equivalent to $31 USD.

The price for regular retail kits in SEA is also very excellent, two years ago in Hong Kong you could buy RG kits for $20, for example (take the prices here and divide them by 7.8). They'll probably have gone up slightly since then, but white man really pays out the ass for this shit just because Bandai can get away with it.

bootleg XFS Windam base body built
I bought this out of curiosity after seeing it was the kit they did before the GM Spartan
I ended up shelving it when the head had some fitting issues (it fit fine but had an abnormally wide gap)
it didn't have any real fitment issues besides a few spots where I had to shave peg-sockets down to make parts seat fully
besides that, it's basically fine, still better than WM and slightly better than STAR. plastic finish is fine, no ugly scuff marks

Day 4 and the final day of building MG Epyon Daban

It's finally done... This kit made me respect those youtubers who speed build bunch of bootleg kits because HOLY SHIT the difficulty is off the chart. It was an absolutely painful experience. Parts can't *click* well, there's always a slight gap between 2 joint parts, male parts snapped inside the female part, and when everything is 99% done and I just needed to combine all the body parts into a full gunpla.... PARTS STARTED FALLING APART. FUCK! There's no fucking way I'm gonna try out articulation or poses, let alone transform it into Dragon Mode. I DON'T EVEN WANNA TOUCH IT ANYMORE! I'll just let this lad stand straight doing no-pose. The Wings are the best part of the kit as they're really big and long, which i can use as a balancing tool.

Thougheverbeit, this gunpla looks really good. The metallic dark red is just perfect. It's really, really nice to look at. This is the kind of red that I wanted from Exia Dark Matter, not the ugly pink.
But still... NOT WORTH IT!

I have more or less settle on savage wolf's design, a wolf girl that took inspiration from Holo, with additional touch to make her a distinguished from the original Holo. epyon's going to make your life harder since you'd have to use the RG as a base for 1/144 or the MG for 1/100. If you use the MG the arms are different for Shenlong/Altron EW, so you're really left with 1/144, where you still have the problem of RG + HG looking bad. As for the arms, the obvious solution is 2 Shenlongs or 1 Altron like the other anon said.
So, ditch Epyon, personally. I think the Deathscythe is actually a closer bodytype at a glance to the Virsago than Epyon anyways with just a quick look at easy HG replacements. Honestly HGAC Deathscythe with Altron's backpack and arms is a quick and dirty Virsago on its own.

This is my second HG Zeta. This one is the pbandai Grphios war color one. The colors are great, and I even did no stickers with my paint pens unlike last time.
However, this fucker is loose. I think it's the plastic. The neck is floppy, the wings like to pop off, the side skirts don't stay on the polycaps, and I'm convinced there's a magnet in the vfin that matches the head, though I had to glue the other one, too actually.
I also fucked up some scribing on the leg because I didn't realize there wasn't actually a channel there. Kinda pissed with myself, but I saved some sprue, so I'll try to fix it I guess.

i feel like I'm going insane because I know I've seen a part that looks exactly like the shoulder shield on the rick dijeh but I can't find it while sifting through my scrap parts. Anyone have any ideas? Also any suggestions for a base for modifying the face. I tried using the mouth part of aerial rebuild but it made it kind of a chinlet. The problem with arm cannons is that they make the arm heavier overall, which reduces response time in all situations, even if you don't need the arm cannon. TL;DR Spray a very thin coat first that just barely registers on the surface of the piece, let it dry, then go over it again with a full coat to completely cover the piece. Don't overdo the full coat otherwise you get orange peel.

I believe Tomino mentioned in some novel that the show didn't od bad in Japan per se, well model sales weren't very good, but it had pretty strong TV ratings, but that was mostly due to older Gundam fans and otaku boosting it. I think it had a non-standard timeslot too?
Not dumping X on Toonami was a massive mistake though, I don't think it would have done as good as Wing but I could see that show doing pretty well.

Forcing original MSG was just not an exciting followup, G was fine but they should gone with X and then SEED with UC shit being late night.
