I would believe your argument if they were included in the base game as part of that nebulous 'Dynamic Original' thing Mazinkaser and Emperor G are under, but not in this case. Yes, GX is counted as separate. This has happened before, 30 expansion had Shinkalion Mk-II upgrade to Cross Alfa-X, and both counted as separate. Hell, it's the same situation as Noir and Da-Garn since the upgrade is a combination robot but you only get to play as one component prior to them combining.

By the way, what was Grendizer's most powerful weapon? While for Mazinger and Great, there is a clear hierarchy of what the most powerful attacks are, Grendizer in the games is always a bit inconsistent. Usually they give him a Double Haken combination as his stronger attack, but in the anime it's a generic weapon.

Don't think we will see Toei Getter for a while, not because of the Kamiya bs since he is back to voice his characters.
But mainly because of Dynamic Pro most likely wanting to promote certain works at times and not being as representative of Ken Ishikawa's later works. Not to mention they do have a rocky relationship when it comes to certain shows.

New Getter is kind of a different matter, Only time we have seen it was Neo and it wasn't adapted entirely. Not even X-Omega had it which is just strange. I've heard the show may have some sort of copyright issue but don't know if that's true, it could explain a lot though.

You get a bonus point per level, so in a lot of cases you get more raw stats than an average pilot would in the console games. And +1 to everything per level. In exchange for having to deal with skill parts instead of just buying whatever for pilots that need it.
Flat stat bonuses like SEED and IFS are handy but when they don't come with other effects they tend to get drowned out a bit by just having higher base stats in the endgame.
