Literally the day after the engine ran like dogshit. Wouldn't start and if it started it was undriveable.

The "mechanic" pulled a PCV hose to the intake causing a massive vacuum leak

I ended up pulling the ad from facebook and sold it to my friend for 1500 to settle a debt instead. Fuck selling cars in public forums

Looking at cars without intent to buy is almost a hobby for some people.

Mexican passed on it too, was relisted a few times by the same guy at a higher price don't know if he sold it, somebody probably bought it

When that happened his wife was actually talking to me so I was looking towards her on the side of the car. I just glanced at him and saw him with his fingers all over that side of the engine.

So I did the right thing and I valued it proper at 300. It was a GLT afterall. But the nigger who bought it made 1200 bucks out of it by just lying about everything.

Is Facebook marketplace worth buying cars from? Seems like it can be really shitty from what I've read. It kinda makes me want to spend twice as much just to buy one from a dealer rather than have some brown scammer sell me a stolen car.

When I want a car, I buy it, regardless of the transmission.
The sporty car I wanted when I was a teenager? Bought a manual because that's what was available. Truck I needed as an adult? Bought an auto because that's what was available. It doesn't fucking matter what tranny it has, if it's the car you want in mint condition for a good price, just buy it, who gives a fuck if you have to use your left foot or not?

He showed up with his son, a trailer and a wad of cash. I went over the car with him and showed him the bad spots and broken stuff. He was very thankful for that. They ended up using the good parts off the two cars to make one good one. Very based and whitepeoplepilled.


Compare that to me selling a fucked shitty old Chevy cruze. I had 40 brown dudes messaging me 15 minutes after it was posted all in horrible English. That was awful.
