I made some money and have a corporate job but also own a bunch of properties which I rent out. I generally buy deceased estates and fix them up as I have the capital to do this. Returning many formerly lovely homes to their original condition, after years of neglect by the last owner.

The government fucking hates landlords and wants to do everything in their power to make their lives difficult. While at the same time government doesnt want to do anything to buy or maintain or restore such properties themselves. I own 2 4 bedroom properties which I dont even bother to rent out now, its too much bother. I'll probably end up selling them to some chinks or indians to divide up and rent out to 15 boatniggers.
