There is an estimated 100 trillion dollars in 'USD denominated' debt OUTSIDE of the US. For foreign trade, contracts, etc; Where the underlying terms are based on USD equivalent.
Saw this on "Heresy Financial."
Don't know what he means though...
It is used for a purchasing power reference in international contracts, but settling in other terms like local currencies...
Something about USD in international trade at all times highs, Gresham's law, and how the USD will unwind.
Maybe it means we cannot export inflation and it all comes home to roost, and based on Cantillon effects you should get into the boat where the money will go first like securitites or something.

i dont understand it but chatgpt is saying this eventually:
>The claim (as you've seen from Heresy Financial and others) is that there is up to $100 trillion in USD-denominated debt or obligations outside the US, and that under certain conditions:

>That capital (or demand) may flood into US markets, chasing USD-denominated assets (like stocks, bonds, Treasuries, etc.).

>So the phrase “$100 trillion entering the market” doesn’t mean that $100T in cash exists and is coming in.

>Rather, it implies:
>There’s $100T in obligations/liabilities that require USD to settle or service.

>This creates massive, sustained demand for USD — especially in crises or when refinancing becomes hard.

>As a result, capital may flow into US financial markets to acquire USD (either directly or indirectly).

>That money comes around
What do you mean "comes around"?
It floods the entire economy... it gets spent on rents, groceries, luxuries, general goods etc
Not even to mention the money on materials for construction, expansion of existing construction firms and suppliers and the creation of new ones
It's happened here recently with some large scale projects where you see small firms suddenly in big new office buildings with all brand new expensive company cars out front and the price of everything locally goes up.
Local houses are more expensive, local restaurants increase their prices, grocery stores increase their prices, causing inflation in the whole area

Those jobs wouldnt exist if that money isnt pumped.
Since you have 0 idea how fiscal operating is done because you work construction think of it this way
1. Paying gibs to existing workers and workplaces
2. Paying brand new projects with brand new employees

He is probably trying to say that infrastructure increases the asset value of the nation.

If for example the government spends money building up hydroelectric dams on underutilized waterways in the Midwest and as a result electricity becomes more abundant and affordable, this is not a problem. Do you understand?

The government has to spend money to leave it behind in the economy anyway. If the US ran a large trade surplus it would not have to necessarily do this, but in that case the private sector surplus would be from foreign nations being in deficit to us. In the absence of that, the government is the one who has to run the deficit so that the private sector is not drawn down.

The only market big enough for that is the derivatives market
The only way that much gets freed up is if something new comes in to replace the current money exchange system
There's a crypto that's about to end its lawsuit the SEC filled against them
That crypto has been trying to move into this market which caused the SEC to sue them to try and stop it to save the current system
That crypto is xrp

When debt is paid off or taxes are paid, money is destroyed. It's a very simple mechanism to keep inflation in check.

If the government started a UBI program, but placed a condition that recipients had to use the money to pay down existing private household debt -- it would be deflationary, not inflationary.

New settlement layer among other things.

The powers that be have a new system that has been in the development for decades now, ready to be rolled out in the coming years. It will operate in parallel starting sometime this year and by the next decade it will be fully operational as the Agenda 2030 goals are slowly being implemented.
There will be no collapse, no violence, no uprising, no world war, no revolution, no killing of jews or politicians or other such fantasies. Instead there will be law & order, compliance and total surveillance until the very end. AI will be at the center of it all.

They just don't like the implications or they want to make sure the benefits go primarily to them and their donor class. You see republicans do this when they regularly offer up big tax cuts. To their credit, they don't always cut spending along with it, but the basic gist is that they absorbing the budgetary allotment of deficit spending for their class.

I said the primary cause was the collapse in agricultural output caused by the land reform policies -- the land reform policies in question involved the forced transfer of White-owned land and farming operations to black control.

So if the agricultural output goes down, exports go down and domestic supply is reduced. If exports go down, foreign currency reserves and needed inputs from abroad go down. If domestic supply is reduced, the existing monetary base (let alone an expanded one) is chasing after fewer resources -- hence inflation.

The old adage about inflation is 'too much money chasing too few goods'. What I am explaining is that the second part of that is almost always the primary driver.

Demonic trips

Anyway, why would you believe the shitheads that report the economy when they change the methodology (RPI to CPI for example). You do know that's done to fudge the numbers when the old calculation can't hide the collapse, right?

I keep it simple.

GDP

G = Goods
D = Debt
P = People

If debt is always multiplying, then the other two have to, otherwise the whole ponzi scheme collapses. All these foreigners being imported to western countries is to increase the debt slave population. They've already robbed people's state pensions, if the whole thing collapses on their watch, the public will execute them for stealing their savings.

Once the debt has been moved over, they'll crash it and no one will care because its fake money anyway and the old system will be more or less reset until enough time passes again.

You're retarded. There were all kinds of causes of Zimbabwe's inflation. Maybe the catalyst which led to an economic downturn and capital flight was reduced productivity. Or it could have simply been uncertainty that caused capital flight, which led to reduced investment, higher agricultural costs(agriculture depends heavily on short term loans), which then led to reduced productivity. But it's irrelevant since reduced productivity alone does not cause inflation. And economic downturns can just as easily lead to deflation(see the great depression). No, what actually caused Zimbabwe's inflation was the money printer. So please stfu retard.

Dollars wouldn't become scarce, they would appreciate. You'll always be able to buy a USD, the question is at what price.
The result in the oil market, assuming supply remains constant, is it will cost more oil to buy USD, in other words, the price of oil in USD terms would decline.

Read the archive thread in my post (You) replied to. Global bond market is in a shambles and for the past several years central banks have been putting unsold bonds back onto their balance sheets i.e. buying them up. (Couple years ago Bank of England did this to prevent implosion of U.K. pensions). The Fed—purveyor of the world's reserve debt note fiat denomination—can't keep doing this forever though; and all it would take in the current climate of bond-bearism is one or two Treasury bond auctions to go unsold, then global confidence across asset markets instantly collapses (it's shaky and volatile enough rn), rates spike and down comes it all
It's a debt-based economic model globally
and the world's default reserve denomination is USD
Anonymous (ID: HTGONBLG) United States No.509108712

It may not all equate to demand for USD, if it is not settled in such.
It is like when naive claims about the size of the derivatives markets only consider the sum total of strikes of all contracts, not actual cash flows of in-the-money contracts and the prices of the contracts themselves. That is the real size of the market...what actually gets setlled.
For international USD, who knows...
But I would guess the general thesis of Mr. Cramer is that increased present usage in itself, will cause those flows to be directed to certain asset classes; with one benefitting via Cantillon effects. Though it is debatable as that could be exported, never settled into domestic markets...
Cramer may be off the mark.

The US already had one quarter of negative GDP. One more (ending right now) and recession is official. Since trump is bragging about $86b in tariffs, that means he deflated the economy by 86b. The tariffs also increased inflation (the CPI is obviously fake and gay) so the Fed can't cut rates. In a recession. Corporate bond holders will run for the exits, triggering a tsunami of selling by Japan and China, which causes corporate interest rates to rise, causing defaults, and down the drain we go. Earnings will go negative, so stocks tank. The government will bail everyone out, and US treasuries will be downgraded, which means the yield must rise, which means prices must fall, which triggers another tsunami of selling by Japan and China. Trump realises the deficit can never be repaid, and does what he has done 9x before...default.

Then there's the Israeli false flag on 4th July. And WW3. And the falling US population. And a hundred other reasons to short stocks
