[1] The people in your class who tried hardest, whether academically, or in side gigs, will be most likely to succeed in life. Stay in touch with a few of those, eventually one of them will save your bacon down the road, and they generally are people you can learn from. [3] It can be hard for young people to realize but people change so be charitable. Always show willingness to accept conciliation. Your cowleagues are not asshole-y today? Be nice to them. Believe it or not many feuds end just like that.
[4] The moment you make enough money to not having to rely on your parents, you become an independent adult and no longer need to worry about what people think about you. You should practice to stop giving a shit about people. Rub your antisocialness in their face. You are free to tell most people you rather not be bothered. Some banks do. Tellers are constantly trained up through levels and can absolutely become branch managers. There are steps in between, becoming licensed, managing big money customers accounts, etc.. A friend has worked at a local bank for 6 months and is going through all of this right now, the early stages. You need to be competent and likable. It also started the pay just under 30$ p/hrs which isn't bad if you can handle office/customer service work.

Pick a university that teaches you something that will make you employable.
Maybe Politehnica or medicine at Davila if you had a good score at the Bac.
USAMV is also good and you can go there even if you didnt get good grades at school and bac.
I know a few people who went there and are doing amazing right now while working in that field.
ASE is a meme, only the very top of students get good jobs, or any jobs at all.
