People say blacks are 13% of the population and commit over 50% of the crime but that is simply not true and it is worse than you can imagine. Black women while yes commit crimes do not commit them anywhere near the levels of black men and then you also have to take old blacks out of the equation as well, this means 50% percent of the crime is mainly being committed by younger black men so only about 3% to 4% of blacks are committing 50% of the crime give or take. That is insane, why does such a small percentage commit so much crime?

That doesn't take into account that the military aged males of a society serve as its violent arm but are still merely executing the interests of that society. They are trained and directed by older men, they fight on behalf of women and children, and the whole tribe benefits from their violence.

It's this. europeans/asians/etc spent the past 10000+ years being selectively bred for large scale civilization. Remember that all legal systems are implicit eugenics programs. Africans had small scale selection, for example against people who murdered and raped and stole within their own tribe, but when societies scale up to the point where most people are mutual strangers there are new traits that are necessary for society to function that aren't being selected for at the tribal scale. Africans only started experiencing this kind of selection very recently, while everyone else has been experiencing it for tens of thousands of years. Of course you will still randomly get good people even without selection in the same way that sometimes randomly get beneficial mutations, but it only becomes the rule rather than the exception with selection. The problem is that the selection process is brutal in the same way market corrections etc are. These kinds of local optimization systems are only humane if you are already in the neighborhood of the optimal point.

Blacks make up about 13% of the U.S. population and commit around 52% of violent crime, FBI stats back this up, look at Table 43 from the Uniform Crime Reports, 2019 data. Population’s about 330 million, so 13% is roughly 43 million black folks. But here’s where it gets crazy, crime isn’t evenly spread across that 43 million, not even close. Let’s do the math and boil it down to the real culprits. First off, it’s mostly males committing violent crime. FBI data consistently show males are like 80-90% of violent offenders.
