There is a reason that there are weight classes in fighting. I weigh 250 pounds @ about 20% body fat (powerlifter). I am 6'1. I've trained quite a bit, but even before, in fights, I have never lost. It's just because of my size in comparison. In my opinion, weight is the most important determining factor in a fight. I've fought taller guys with reach and better technique, but once I get my hands on them it is game fucking over.

Just eat like hell and lift heavy, you'll be able to kill almost anyone. Once you are squatting 500 lbs x 5 for sets, you're a real force to be reckoned with.
