NATO is a meme organization and has been since the 70s really. Most of Europe doesn't have a functioning military, and the two countries that did, France and the UK, have gutted themselves so thoroughly that they're combat ineffective. That means the US is in charge of all of NATO, basically all military hardware comes from America, and if Americans get tired of a war, you can't win.

This can be remedied by boosting military spending tremendously in Europe. But to do so would either require cutting benefits to the economic drain known as colonists err I mean "migrants" and then redirecting that money to building up military industries. Even if you do that though, it will take a decade or more to see any results.

Europe is honestly so horrifically mismanaged though that I do not see you all clawing your way out of the mire anymore, short of a massive civil war with politicians being domed and roped openly. Russia doesn't really need to invade you. You will all collapse into Islamic states in 20 years or less.

The UK armed forces would last precisely one week at the intensity of the war in it's earliest months. Then it would be out of it's own stockpiles of ammunition and, more importantly, it would have already suffered the 10% casualties at which point most armies just surrender.
So that's us. The Germans have an obesity rate of over 50% and more than half of their planes and tanks are sat idle because they can't be maintained. So I really doubt the Germans would make a great showing of themselves.
France might acquit themselves better, I'm not sure of their combat readiness. That leaves the scraps of everyone else in NATO. Ironically Poland might end up being the best European power.
It would be down to America and the two dozen guys you might send over.
Already America's stocks of many munitions are already depleted and they've just noticed they don't have the capacity to make enough

They didn't lose in terms of battles. They didn't fight some trench warfare like is being fought now. Anytime anything got hot, they just called in close air support, and demolished anything in the area of where the enemy was. The reason they "lost", is the same reason russia did. because it was an expeditionary war. Look at the logistics of fighting a war on the other side of the world. Nobody else can, or does that. Russia is fighting Ukraine with the most favorable logistics possible. They are contiguous with them. That is what makes Ukraine's success so impressive. Russia is advantaged in every way against them.
