The letter is pretty weird, the vin in the letter is fake even, but most of the letters/digits are correct. But the check digit isn’t, and when you look up the vin it doesn’t exist. If tesla doesn’t press charges, nothing happens unless the state steps in for him stopping in the middle of a highway.
