>The comic is claiming that niggers would be successful and hard working, productive members of society if the FBI hadn't forced them to become crack addicts.
How does this relate to the irony of the original where the person was working with the government originally?
it's like the image is mocking people who think negros were forced to take crack. bringing up the CIA selling crack here though implies that they really were holding them down from becoming better at something because well, the CIA really did sell crack to them. they did not force them to take it though. furthermore, selling crack to people *would* probably hinder anyone from being a doctor. it's implying the hard drugs do not have detrimental effects; this is an unintended implication by the image, nevertheless it's there. and the only way it makes sense from here it to say that the smart ones could have just chosen to not smoke the crack and become a doctor. it makes it sound like they were forced to smoke crack (again going back to the original meme's meaning, plus the yelling by the CIA agent reinforces this implication), and then that muddies the discreteness of the notion that they'd all never make it anyway.
i guess the asynchronicity of the BLM logo with the crack reference also throws things off, because these events occurred at different times.
