Reasons are mostly because many of us avoided smoking and excessive drinking and we were the first generation to care about wtf we are eating and how it's prepared. Also the first generation to get good skin care and mostly avoiding the sun due to an information and technology based economy, there are a few more reasons. But I definitely don't look my age, I look about ten years younger, and some of the gen-z adults I meet look older than I do. I've also met many millennials born on the tail end and were surprised to find out that they weren't gen-z because of how young they look. All of those memes about gen-z aging badly are true, and I have my monitor open with some streams up and all of the millennial girls I've clicked through don't look like they are nearing 40 they are still looking like they are mid to late 20 year olds.

I would highly recommend non alcohol fermentation for health if you haven't gotten into it already.
