I've researched fertility rates. There is actually an excellent meta analysis done - cant find the link.

It basically states that globally, there are only two primary drivers of fertility rates: how religious the population is, and how many years of education women get. Thats it.

Economics dont matter. Niggers in Africa are very poor, but have tons of kids because they are very religious and their women don't have degrees or careers. They just have sex and produce kids- quality of life be damned.

In most civilized countries, providing economic incentives doesn't result in more kids. I have 2 and I dont want more because its going to negatively impact my lifestyle.
