I tried to get my doctor to figure out whats going on with my hands but it was useless. rheumatoid factor and some other factors were negative and he just gave up.
Whenever I wake up in the mornings, my hands and fingers are like totally stiff. They are slightly swollen and I cant move my hands, fingers or wrists. I had carpal tunnel and the release done on both hands but this popped up before that and has persisted after surgery (which was almost 2 years ago) so its not carpal tunnel.
I dont even have to fall asleep for this to happen. If I lie down and just chill out without moving for like 15 to 30 minutes I can feel them start to stiffen.
I wish I knew what the fuck it is.
