>>81623923Nonni, there are men's salons out there, and a good amount of "women's" ones often have a few male customers (I worked at one.) You can ask to go on at a time where nobody else is there if it makes you nervous. I see way more unisex salons than men's specific ones here, but I rather trust hairstylists because they spend years in college studying to do it. Do you use conditioner? Use baby shampoo or sulfate free shampoo, and do not hairdry your hair, only air dry. You can dry it off with a cotton shirt or microfiber towel after your showers. I use silicone oil to unfrizz my hair sometimes but it can be a bit pricy. You can style with hair wax or with a hair straightener, I think that blonde arab looksmaxxing guy made a tutorial on how to use hair wax/clay. You can also look at men's "emo" hair tutorials to figure out how to use a hair straightener, even if you aren't going for that look, it's still man to man. If you are seriously struggling with frizz, get a botox treatment at a salon. It's non-invasive, just a leave-in product that fills the gaps in your hair follicles. Worked wonders for me. I look after my hair extremely well and I still have days where it puffs up badly, but then I just do an 80s look.
