brush from tip to root, never the other way around, use a boar bristle hair brush which is soft as plastic is shitty for hair due to it being rigid, when you sleep use a silk pillowcase, either learn to do maintenance trims yourself or go to a hairdresser (has to be a milf with large breasts so she rubs them against you whilst cutting your hair), find a shampoo and conditioner that works for your head (unless youre a nopoo schizo then fester in your grease idk), use some sort of hair oil spray after the shower, I prefer to use a wide toothed comb to gently untangle bits of my hair with my head upside down then I gently remove excess water using a cotton t shirt then use argon oil hair spray for the upper third of my hair and lock it in with shea butter so it remains soft and doesn't dry out. This may sound like a lot but it really isn't for soft well maintained hair.
