you have my hair from the sounds of it, here is what you will do:
>buy cantu curling cream, it contains shea butter
>buy a heat protecting hair oil spray, mine is jojoba oil, I prefer a spray because its easier to distribute
>buy a deep conditioning conditioner, I use mark hills deep hydrating conditioner
>buy yourself a shampoo without shit like alcohol or sulfates
>buy yourself a WIDE toothed comb
>STOP using towels on your hair after a shower, use a cotton towel
>sleep on a satin pillow case
>buy yourself a boar bristle brush, no plastic crap, actual boar bristle.
here is your routine
>brush your hair before the shower
>use shampoo and really massage your scalp
>use conditioner on your ends
>once out of the shower use the wide toothed comb to gentle untangle your hair
>use a T SHIRT that is 100 percent cotton to blot your hair slightly
>pea sized amount of cantu curling cream, work it onto your hands so its warm, distribute into your hair
>re scrunch with towel
>hair oil hair spray, not on your scalp but the ends
>re scrunch gently with t shirt
>use wide toothed comb to move your hair back and out of your face to dry
>let your hair air dry 75%
>use a hair drier to get your scalp dry because damp scalp is a pain with thick hair
>once dry
>use boar bristle brush to break the cantu shea butter casts that will be on your hair lengths, not break but just brush it out
>always brush from TIP to root, never root to tip or you will create breakage which will amplify frizz
Go rn and book a hairdresser, stop being a fag and go do it, barbers dont know long hair, hairdressers do, go and get layering because I had a shoulder length lump at one point and it sucks, layering for most lengths is king with frizzy hair. You will shape up or suffer terrible hair.
