Not being sleep deprived and not being on the wrong medicine helped, but my body is a fucking mess, physically, and acne was super bad literally until I turned 30. I did so much exercise and like, philosophical over-haul on my mind to not go schitzo like my brother/aunt/great uncle did. My parents are warmth-less sociopath christian fanatics. I was dealt an extremely shit hand but, admittedly, I got lucky and made it work. My wife is gorgeous inside and out. A big thing about self-improvement or whatever, for me, was literally just trying to be a kind person until my instinct aligned with my actions. Also unbrainwashing myself. Being a religious little Jesus spaz retard in middle school and highschool killed my chances with any women, but I was seriously like spectrum or some shit. To me, that whole thing you posted is a sham. It predicates itself on the idea that love exists and that it wasn't circumstance and opportunity that brings people to those results.
The normal people who did all those things around me are miserable. They often find me enviable even though I'm a wretch with no real attachments to others or even myself.
The real blackpill is that we're all rolling in the same shit-pile waiting for the end, one way or another. Normal people just have more things to juggle in an effort to have a "complete" life, more to compete with trying to earn a living wage to support a family (who may or may not even love or like them when you look beyond their facebook photo gallery).
I have nothing, but I am happier than them, even if it's just being contented. I still don't care about getting a family or even a significant other to this day, because I understand love is plastic.
