It's an odd way to look at it. It can be a great help dealing with withdrawals and withdrawal induced sleeplessness and a tool to be more confident and socially active around people, but I wouldn't call it necessary per se (and there was a time I would consume acohol on a regular basis). Water is necessary, food is, alcohol is a meh drug with devastating fallout if abused and it's not even that fun to abuse; unless you've got some serious issues you need to deal with, you need escape from. Go for weed insted, anon. It's less bad for you and does some of the things alcohol does just differently also less addictive. If I ever call a drug necessary, it's a sign from above that I need to stop consuming that drug and consive a life without it, fast, or fall into the consequences that comes with addicrion and abuse. And I'm adducted to nicotine; it's not necessary, it's addiction, for me. Then again it's just my srupid opinion and no-one cares.

Insist he charges you less (at least base market value) since you're a regular and can get better deals from other more reasonable dealers at base market value or less in bulk (and it's best to keep you having no other options a secret from him) did this with my guy and he stopped jerking me around with high prices and sells at base market value (as compared with other local dealers). If you take a small dosage (say, 50-80mg depends on body wieght) in a cup of water and sip it slowly for like 30-40minutes it comes up very gently and the comedown is almost non-existant if at all. odsmt is not the best opi to do if you want to feel good, it's "the best RC opi around at the moment" sure but that doesn't make it particularly good, honestly i give it like a 4/10 as an opioid (for comparison i give heroin an 8/10 and oxy a 10/10 and methadone as well as methiodone a 1/10)
maybe nortilidine is better though, you should see if you can get some to try, it should be comparable to odsmt BUT: in adition to being an opioid agonist, nortilidine is ALSO an NMDA antagonist (which decreases tolerance-build-up) and a dopamine reuptake inhibitor, so it should be more euphoric (for dosage guide, look up tilidine doses and divide by 3, nortilidine is 3 times as potent as tilidine due to the way that tilidine works/is metabolised)
do note however: nortilidine is still "among the weaker opioids" so if you really want that strong euphoria you should just get heroin or oxys, but nortilidine is an RC and therefore much easier to get

Heavy respiratory depression, felt very close to falling asleep, was manually breathing for close to 3 hours before it eased up, it scares me. I seriously can't sleep on this drug class, I have fucking conditional sleep apnea or something (I'm not obese) because I will jolt awake every time, gasping for air on any notable dose of opioids. I never take them anywhere near bedtime because I worry I won't wake up one time. I don't actually want to nod, I just want to feel warm and at peace, the way I feel whenever I've been lucky enough to have rx oxycodone, even hydrocodone is capable of giving me that feeling when I have absolutely no tolerance. I know how retarded and childish I sound, but that's why I'm experimenting with something so relatively weak.

I use like a few beers and 3 mg pyrazolam, I think I'm doing some damage to my health and mental health.
