I escapismmax 24/7, I don't know how to deal with bad thoughts so I disallow them entering my head by being constantly occupied by internet slops at every waking hour, you can try the same but it's not a good solution, just a cope. I can't ditch it because that's what I've been doing since around 3rd grade, I prob spent more hours on yt than sleeping.
