Just once I'd like to know what its like for someone to make excuses to be around me instead of looking for reasons not to. I wonder what it would be like to have a voice that calmed someone, or a touch that gave them peace and made them feel loved. Sometimes I wonder if there is some deep wickedness inside me that I cannot see, and is why others have never shown me such trust.
