I'd argue Baby Blooper meta is worse than anything MKWii offered since no other kart compares to it stat-wise, whereas Wii's SSMTs and other mechanics give other bikes like Bullet, Dolphin Dasher and Magikruiser a chance to shine.
Nothing's as bad as MKDD Barrel Train however, but that game doesn't have online multiplayer so who cares.

that's true, at least in this game they did balance it a lot better. lightweight and heavyweight both have uses

but yeah they kinda fucked over all the karts and a lot of characters by giving them meme water and terrain stats. really not sure why they keep forcing these hidden stats, it's not unique and actually causes the opposite effect, of making lobbies all the same character/kart

Peepa is suboptimal within his weight class but it's just 1 point anyway
I don't know why they skewed hidden stats so hard when the uneven spread between road/terrain/water is so bad. It's like 90/5/5, of course people will pick vehicles with good road speed over all. Look at the Baby Blooper vs Stellar Sled
