Senator is trying to push the Interstate Obscenity Definition Act through congress again. Basically wants to redefine obscenity to include anything which can arouse. It's the usual "won't you think of the children" argument, but mixed with a claim that porn is tranny propaganda to try and sway the current admin.
Theoretically hosting pic related could be considered distributing obscene content, and thus criminalized.
