Can someone explain why you're supposed to use these types of relics on duchess instead of rune acquisition boosters?
Extra runes stack with the +10 extra rune acquisition buffs you get after beating ever goals so you get a lot of runes and then you can buy the purple weapon available at every merchant.

Stamina because I don't have a better relic with regular stamina on it.
The extra stamina allows you no less than 3 dodges and still being capable of being able to land your dagger finish as early as level 2 (as well as various spell-> dagger combo shenanigan that flat out aren't possible until level 11 otherwise)
>Dagger chain attack reprise
Have to learn how to single dodge to use it.
Duchess single dodge is good because it can lead to the double dodge. It's not actually good by itself. It's 10 i frames (regular dodge is 13). It's as 'safe' as a Guardian dodge. But you gotta learn. if you want to use that relic.
>last relic
I got lucky. Partial HP feels borderline mandatory to take true advantage of negation passives.
>Spells
Everything EXCEPT pebble, swift shard, arc, azure (unless there's a recluse in the team), founding rain, and the various glintblade sorcs
>Incants
Catch/o flame
Every flavor of close range lightning incant (given to recluse/rev if posssible)
Weapon buffs, especially blackflame blade.
>stuff do you favor
>Ideally a rot dagger and a bleed dagger
the latter will get replaced day 2
Starting dagger thanks to it's self buff is the king of dagger damage toppled only by daggers with flaming strike
>A weapon with FP restoration on attacks
It keeps gas in the tank and is substantially more common than the [10% FP on successive attack] Dormant power
>Weapon arts
Anything that hits hard
Night and flame is good, Queens black flame is good, Blade of Death is obviously good, Nebula is extremely good.
You get the idea.
You've got 180 FP at 15. Might as well leverage it.
>playstyle
Dagger chains if the team is terrific. Spells if they're alright.
For the former, spells/weapon arts are used only if team damage is low for whatever reason (took damage, positioning, etc) OR when you have a restage available to proc them.
Dagger and skill restage can't overlap.
